Her leadership qualities shone through, and she took on more responsibilities within the company. Now, Alishia channels her knowledge and passion for the beauty industry into her venture, Alexander Jayne. With a "customer-first" approach, Alishia and her team provide ultimate customer service, making clients feel happy and comfortable when they walk in. Their expert stylists provide top-notch guidance and consultation so you can leave looking and feeling your absolute best. And they do it all while practising sustainable actions to protect the planet we call home.

Specialising in blonde transformations and the art of the big bouncy blow-dry, Rachel is all about creating effortlessly glamorous hair with a touch of Irish charm.

Carter, our dedicated apprentice hair stylist and digital coordinator, brings her passion for hair to life every day. She spends her Fridays at BIBA Hair Academy, where she hones her skills and stays updated with the latest trends. In addition to her hands-on training, Carter manages our social media and marketing with creativity and expertise, ensuring our brand remains vibrant and engaging.
